Liz holds a Masters degree in counselling. She utilizes different approaches in her work with clients, such as Mind-Body Awareness, Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Drawing on her wide experience she tailors sessions to individual client needs. She encourages clients to apply their insights to the ‘real world’ to empower them in their personal and professional lives
